🎉As a Superstar team member, you will be part of the development team to create new speech therapy services for children. The development team is developing speech therapy services for adults which will be a new service. You will be part of the process!

  • pay range from $56,000.00 to $68,000.00

Requirements

* Master’s degree in speech-language pathology or communication disorders from an accredited program

* In the process of obtaining a valid and active license from the Louisiana Board of Examiners for Speech Language Pathology and Audiology

or

* Have a valid and active license for the Louisiana Board of Examiners for Speech Language Pathology and Audiology

* Pass a criminal background check

Job Responsibilities

*accurately complete comprehensive evaluations that take into consideration for all relevant factors for each client

* independently implement therapy techniques that take into consideration of all unique characteristics and communication needs of each client

* independently and accurately complete a weekly lesson plan for each client

* independently and accurately complete a weekly treatment note for each client

*independently and accurately complete a progress report for each client when required

*educate parents and/or caregivers on strategies to promote independence with skills targeted in the therapy session

*stay informed regarding the latest research and best practices in speech pathology
