Payment for services can be paid by the parent or by an insurance company.

The Self-pay fees, copayment, deductible, or coinsurance must be paid at the time of service.

Self-pay is when the parent pays for services and not the insurance company. Self-pay fees are as follows:

1. Developmental test-$180.00

2. Speech Therapy Evaluation- Articulation & Language $190.00

3. Speech Therapy Evaluation-Fluency $110.00

4. Speech Therapy services-$70.00 for 45 minutes
